In order to effectively track any packages and ensure accurate delivery, please address packages in the following manner:

Please have tracking numbers available when claiming shipments at the hotel.
It is helpful to send tracking information in advance to the assigned conference services or catering manager. This information will be sent to the shipping/receiving department of the hotel.
Please note: The hotel can only accept shipments seven (7) days prior to the group/event start date. A fee will be charged to the Group master account for any packages or boxes received and/or shipped by the Hotel. The fee structure for shipping and receiving charges are as follows: $5.00 per package fee for any parcel forty (40) lbs or less received and/or shipped by the Hotel, $15.00 per package fee for any parcel forty-one (41) lbs or more received and/or shipped by Hotel, and a $50.00 per pallet fee will be charged to the Group master account for any pallet received and/or shipped by the Hotel, regardless of weight. These fees are in addition to standard shipping postage and/or freight charges.
HVH will allow for boxes to be shipped from the hotel after the event but there needs to be a prepaid shipping label.
